Northwest Fence and Iron, a subsidiary of Sundance Metal Fabricators LLC, manufactures fence and gates from galvanized steel.  All of our products are of a fully-welded construction.  No clips, pins, rivets, or wires are used to hold them together.  After construction, all materials are fully powder-coated to provide a durable, long-lasting finish.

All fence components manufactured by Sundance Metal Fabricators are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the original purchase date as shown on the Northwest Fence and Iron receipt.

This warranty is limited to replacement of defective materials upon proof of defect at our facility in Austin, Texas.  It does not cover removal, installation, any shipping and handling or any other associated costs.
