Powder Coating uses a fine ground polyester powder applied to galvanized metal, utilizing sophisticated electronic equipment and heated to a high temperature (400 degrees +) allowing the polyester to melt and form a continuous coat on the metal. This coat forms a seal around the metal that does not allow for corrosive materials to reach the metal and is much stronger than paint. Paint will eventually fade and chip allowing the metal to be exposed to the elements.

Our products are produced from domestic galvanized steel.

Galvanized metal provides a product that is covered in layers of zinc to prevent rust from attacking the metal. For quality long lasting fencing, galvanized steel is an essential fabrication component. Without galvanization, the metal will rust quickly and not provide a long lasting durable finish.
